The house is divided into 2 floors and is accessible from the 1st floor
1. floor:

Living and Dining
Level 1
The entrance of the villa leads to a large spacious living room with an open plan kitchen.
The living room has a sofa with TV, a cantilever designer fireplace and a table and chairs for 7 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, four-burner induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.
From this room you have access to a terrace with garden furniture.
From the living room you access a first bedroom with two single beds or one double bed and a complete bathroom with shower.
A few stairs take you to the lower level
Level 0
The staircase leads to another living room with an additional kitchen with another dishwasher and another set of crockery. A table with seating for 10 guests. This room opens onto a beautiful outdoor teak deck with two mini pools and a summer room with lounge chairs and some poufs.
On this level is the main room with a 180 x 200 cm bed and a full bathroom with shower. Exit to the outdoor terrace.
Living room with TV equipped with Sky
Room (3) can be furnished with a double bed or with two 90*200 single beds. It is smaller than the others but also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and direct access to a terrace.
The fourth room has a 160*200 double bed.
The fifth room has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and gives access to the outdoor terrace.
Separate from the rooms there is another full bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Areas
On both floors, long terraces offer plenty of areas for lounging and socializing, with outdoor furniture such as sun loungers and cushioned sofas.
The living room with the auxiliary kitchen leads to a teak deck with another table seating 8, a gas BBQ and a large pergola with extendable awnings providing more shade when needed. The basins are very small and vary in depth.
