The villa is completely new and very modern furnished and offers a wonderful view of the open sea and the famous "Es Pontas" rocks. On the lower floor of the villa are two bedrooms, both with access to the terrace, the open kitchen with adjoining dining room and a covered terrace that leads to the pool level with sun loungers and parasol. The air-conditioned living room with terrace access and stunning sea views is located on the upper floor. One of the two upper bedrooms also has a small terrace. All living spaces of the villa offer a beautiful view of the garden, pool and the open sea! The pool can be heated for the cooler months and also has a counter-current system, both for extra charge!

The bay of Cala Santanyi with its fine sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes. Here are also some restaurants right on the sea. The well-known village of Santanyi with its weekly markets, restaurants and shopping facilities is just 3 km away. Even the romantic fishing village of Cala Figuera can be reached in a few minutes by car!
