This classic Mallorcan villa is located in the fashionable southwest of the island with a breathtaking view of the small harbor and the turquoise bay of Portals Vells. The villa has been renovated in a modern way and lovingly furnished in a Mediterranean style. The clear and light-flooded rooms convey a pure holiday feeling. Indulge in calm and relaxation and let your eyes wander over the turquoise bay and the blue sea with a glass of wine, which you can reach on foot in 3 minutes to go for a swim.

5 bedrooms, 4 of them with continuous double beds 180 x 200 cm and a bedroom with 2 separate beds of 90 x 200 cm are available. In the master suite you will find a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub that offers a view of the sea and a walk-in closet. There are 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet in total.

Different terraces on different levels offer opportunities for retreat and create oases of peace.

The large heated infinity pool of 4.5 x 8 m can be used all year round.

The villa is located above the port and the bay of Portals Vells in almost the first line of the sea. A staircase that begins diagonally opposite the entrance gate to the villa leads to the harbor and one of the 3 bays. The 3 connected bays are all within walking distance and there is a very good restaurant that spoils you with fresh fish and seafood.

If you want to charter a boat, you can have it brought to the small port of Portals Vells. The luxury marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals are nearby. There you will find many great restaurants, bars and clubs as well as great boutiques.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a supermarket that offers everything from food and drugstore items for daily needs to luxury items such as wine, champagne and caviar. It also offers a delivery service. You will also find one of the most famous restaurants on the island, the Pinos.

The city center of Palma can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car and the airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
