Villa Riviera

The modern Villa Riviera is only about 5 minutes by car from Mallorca's in-marina Puerto Portals. It is located in the coastal town of Costa d ́en Blanes with its beautiful beaches. The villa has been recently renovated - straight lines and luxury define the ambience of the house. On 280 square meters of living space and a garden plot a good four times as large, guests can expect five suites with four bathrooms, a high-quality equipped kitchen, the heated large saltwater pool, the sauna and a veranda with a view of the sea. The large pool surrounded by sun loungers and a Mediterranean garden and spacious terraces invite you to linger.

Centrally and at the same time quietly located in the middle of a Mediterranean garden landscape, the Villa Riviera is aimed at those seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers alike. Four golf courses are in the immediate vicinity as well as the most beautiful beaches and harbours of the southwest coast of Mallorca.

On request, guests can use an electric golf cart with street approval and in-house charging station. The range is 25 km and you can easily reach the nearest beach, supermarkets and shops. The minimum age to use it is 25 years old and the driver must have a valid driver's license that has been in place for at least 2 years.

You will be contacted by the property management after booking the house to sign the relevant forms / contract for free use of the golf cart.
