Villa Mariluz

This fantastic Villa impresses with it´s charm and it´s breathtaking views over Puerto de Andratx and the sea. The Villa disposes of 5 double bedrooms, each one with bathroom en-suite. The cozy and warm interior makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment you enter the Villa. The furniture is tastefull, the new kitchen fully equipped. The property was recently completely refurbished. It´s requpped with a small spa and fitness area, as well as an ecologic heatable pool.

You can reach the noble harbour and the town of Puerto de Andratx with it´s numerous restaurants and Botiques within 5 minutes by car.

The sandy beach and the Golfcourse of of Camp de Mar is about 10min. by car away, Palma can be reched within about 25 minutes.

There is currently a construction site next to the villa. Therefore, there might be some inconvenience during the day. Even though this will probably only happen temporarily, we would like to point this out.
