Villa La Fuente

Rural- and only about 5 minutes walk to the marina and the lively, harbor promenade of Puerto de Andratx, the villa in L-shape enthroned in its large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lemon trees and many other flowering shrubs. Extensive covered terraces line the house in front of the sunny pool area and invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

The living area of ​​365 m² is distributed over 2 levels. The official entrance leads into a large entrance hall with an imposing staircase. The first French doors to the pool terrace with garden already open out of this entrance hall. The pool itself was recently refurbished. Furthermore, there are the guest WC on the lower level, 3 guest rooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, as well as a wardrobe in front of the utility room with washer. The ground foor  bedrooms  have direct access to the pool and garden.  This is very convenient for "al fresco" meals on the pool deck, as the official American kitchen is located in the upper living area of ​​the house, integrated in the very spacious, open-plan living-dining room with fireplace and subsequent office and reading and TV room with balcony access. Along the gallery you will also find the master suite and a small guest room (bed size 1.40mx 2m) sharing a large bathroom.

As a romantic retreat, the large roof terrace offers another floor up - with a wonderful view of the marina of Porto Andratx.

The sandy beach of Camp de Mar is approx. 5 minutes by car away. Puerto de Andratx and it´s well-known restaurants is in walking distance. Palma is approximatley 20 minutes by car away, the airport about 30 minutes.

In 2022 the ground floor was refurbished and one wing was transformed into a giant modern kitchen. The folding window doors open wide in summer and integrate the kitchen into the pool terrace and pool area to create a huge outdoor kitchen.
