The designer villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. At the front of the villa there is a large pool with stair access and at the back of the villa is the bay of Pollensa with its azure waters.
The loft-style living area is designed to enjoy uninterrupted sea views. A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as large dining tables on the sea terrace and on the pool terrace.

The spacious roof terrace with its breathtaking panoramic sea views is a particular highlight. The bay of Pollensa is very special due to its shallow depth. It offers ideal conditions for sailing, surfing or any kind of water sports.
