The beautiful country house Sa Terra Rotja, or "red earth" as the Mallorquina call it, is located with 2 other villas on the approximately 680ha property of Sr. Richard Branson at Son Bunyola, directly on the coast side. The villa impresses with its traditional charm and can accommodate 8 people. In the beautifully designed rooms or on the outdoor terrace with spectacular views you will be spoiled in July and August with culinary delights by your personal chef 6 days a week. Only in this 2 month your stay includes a daily breakfast buffet, an all-drink package completes the pampering program in absolute privacy. In the remaining months the villa will be offered with self-catering. Relax in the large lounge with access to the outdoor terrace or enjoy a drink by the pool, this beautiful villaa is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.

The approximately 680ha large terrain of Son Bunyola can be perfectly explored by mountain bike or on the many small trails. The traditional Mallorquian villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are just a few miles from Son Bunyola and offer a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities. A small pebble beach can be reached in about 20 minutes.

The estate Son Bunyola includes the two villas Sa Punta de S'Aguila and Son Balagueret, which can also be booked together for company parties, family celebrations or weddings.
