It is completely secluded and offers a wonderful panorama view of the surrounding area of Capdepera. The finca is very modern and high quality furnished with air condition in all bedrooms and is very popular with families. Thanks to its elevated position there is alway a light breeze around the house.

The town of Capdepera with its flower-filled natural stone houses and narrow streets is only a few minutes drive away, the beaches of Cala Ratjadas are only about 6 km away.
