Finca Sonrisa

The luxurious Finca Sonrisa is the sucessful combination of a traditional fincastyle house and a designer object were high end materials and designer pieces create a very stylish ambience. The spacious terrace with it`s huge lounge area and a heatable infinity pool, offers a stunning panoramic view over the lowlands and the tramuntana mountains. You can overlook the island from the south to the north. 

The main house holds 4 bedrooms, 3 with bath en suite and 1 separate bathroom, as well as a separate guest house with a cosy little apartment and bath en suite, without A/C. Next to the guest house is a newly installed sauna with a great view, which is perfectly integrated into the surrounding area!

The loft- like living area is equipped with a designer kitchen, a 5,5 m long dining table, a designer bar and spacios living room. The sophisticated designer illumination creates a special ambience at night. The indoor and outdoor kitchen are separated by a glass wall and door. A cosy table setting under the roof of the outer terrace is perfect to enjoy a glass wine or two at night.

The 33.000 m2 plot offers total privacy. You can be one with nature in this stylish ambience. The cosy little guest house has his own terrace and in the outer area a stone walled pizza oven and a new built sauna. An osmosis water purification system supplies drinking water all over the house. Pure drinking water even in the shower. The house is equipped with free Wifi and has a Burmester Music System installed.
