Finca Can Alma

Away from the hustle and bustle in the southeast of the island and nestled in the hilly landscape around Cas Concos is the finca Can Alma.
Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with countless olives, citrus trees, oleander and rosemary, this finca invites you to relax and unwind.
The finca was extensively renovated in 2022 and furnished with high-quality wooden fixtures and natural materials.
On the ground floor, there is an open living area with a large, fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining dining room with a large table for 8 people.
From the dining room you enter the cosy furnished living room with fireplace.
The ground floor also has a separate part with two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace.
On the upper floor of the house, you enter the master bedroom with a spacious dressing area and en suite bathroom. This bedroom offers a fantastic view of the pool area and the garden.
Another double bedroom, also with en suite bathroom, has a large terrace and offers spectacular views of the San Salvador monastery.
Also on this floor, both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The outdoor area with the covered terrace with large dining area, lounge and adjacent barbecue area with a Weber gas barbecue, invites to wonderful summer evenings overlooking the pool and the large garden.
At the pool area, comfortable sun loungers await the guests as well as a bamboo lounge with a large straw umbrella and another natural stone lounge.

The popular village of Cas Concos is only a few minutes away by car and spoils its guests with restaurants, a small supermarket and a barn where they can buy organic products, best wines and local specialities.

In the basement, guests have the opportunity to play pool or darts. There is also a spacious guest toilet and a cloakroom area, e.g. for suitcases and golf bags.

In the annex building there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station.

The beautiful Val D`OR golf course is only 15 minutes away by car.
