This chic, newly built villa is located on a 4-hectare property, embedded with flower beds and vineyards and with a view of the beautiful Majorcan landscape on the outskirts of Santa Maria. From various lounge and dining terraces, you can enjoy the peaceful view of orchards with olive, almond and carob trees. The Villa Es Mirador has five bedrooms spread over 3 floors and is unique and exclusively furnished with warm and earthy colors. The use of different materials such as wood and willow as well as the stone walls create an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Around the villa, the wonderful nature seems to become one with the inner living and sleeping areas. Huge south-facing windows not only offer a wonderful view, but also illuminate the interior with the warm Majorcan sun. The ideal place to just let your mind wander.


Es Mirador is located in a quiet residential area outside the market town of Santa Maria, approx. 20 km northeast of the island's capital Palma. Just a short drive from the villa in the center of Santa Maria is the weekly market, every Sunday, and various restaurants and shops. In the capital Palma and at the airport you are in about 15 minutes by car!
