This exceptional holiday home was built directly on a rocky terrace on the hillside and offers spectacular views over the bay of Deia. The house is spread over three floors: on the top floor you will find an open-plan living and dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and a cosy seating area. A brick barbecue ensures that nothing stands in the way of cosy barbecue evenings. There are also two double bedrooms on this floor, which share a shower room.

An external staircase takes you to the middle level, where there are two further double bedrooms, which also share a shower room. Another external staircase leads down to the lowest level, where an additional terrace awaits you. Here you can relax on a sun lounger or enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi.

If you fancy a dip in the sea, a small path leads directly to the beach.
