Description
The Beach House in Colonia Sant Jordi is a stylish and modern furnished luxury maisonette with direct beach location. The chilled 50sqm terrace is only a grain of sand away from the beach. Jump into the sea whenever you want. The sea view of this luxury maisonette is indescribable and also very clearly visible from the master suite on the upper floor due to the enormous glass front.
A lift connects both floors. In the upper area there are all 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are only suitable for children. The master bedroom with bathtub has a sea view.
The lower area is cut modern and loft-like. The open small kitchen consists of a practical cooking block with a view of the living room and the sea. Inside and outside there is a dining table for a maximum of 8 people. The lounge furniture on the terrace is ideal for an aperitif at sunset. Enjoy the mild evenings right by the sea!
In the cooler months, underfloor and radiator heating provide cozy warmth. The fireplace in the living room is only used for decoration!
Due to the beach location, the villa does not have a pool, but it´s ideal for families with children! Even the promenade of Sant Jordi is only a stone's throw away. The place itself invites you to stroll, restaurants and small cafes invite you to enjoy and linger! In summer you can take tapas tours through the various Spanish bars!
The Maisonette is not available in July & August!
