Finca Tres Olivos is a beautiful holiday home nestled peacefully above the picturesque town of Andratx and with stunnig views into Tramuntana mountains. The finca has been renovated recently and while maintaining many traditional features and fittings, it now boasts a most stylish modern interior design providing for all the luxury discerning guests might ask for. It is a perfect home for lifestyle connaisseurs, but also for families with children.
The generous garden area with large pool, well-groomed lawns and a variety of mature fruit and olive trees, the barbecue area with wood-fired stove and summer kitchen – or the special bar area are designed to be enjoyed with family and friends. The open plan ground floor hosts a winter garden with dining table flowing into the salon with fire place, the modern kitchen and a library with lounge options - and are all connected to a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system. On cooler days in winter the sauna is most appreciated.
Four from 6 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the master bedroom is also connected to a dressing room and a small private office. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom and a kitchenette. One bedroom is included in a new and modern studio, which is separate from the main house. The remote and private location, while living close to one of the most privileged seaside resorts on the island, is a most desireable combination.
Port Andratx, with its international flair and numerous bars, high-class boutiques and top restaurants is just a few car minutes away. The quaint village of Sa Coma is even in walking distance. For something more glamorous, Puerto Portals is a quick taxi ride away. There are many attractive golf courses and beaches nearby, and there is also easy access to plenty of cycling and hiking routes.
