This stately holiday home on its 20.000 m² private property is a new-built jewel in the picturesque region of Sineu and Costitx. The quaint village of Costitx is famous for its important archaeological excarvations, which prove that the region was already populated during the Talayot-Culture – and the research work of its astronomical observatory has more than once attracted international attention.

Here in the heart of Mallorca the authentic, Spanish lifestyle and traditions still dominate the country living. Small untrafficked caminos lead to the electrical gate of the property and the private driveway to the luxury retreat is lined with a palmtree orchard, a little forest with protected old Majorcan trees, blooming oleander bushes, agaves, cactus and cypresses.

Two representative entrances linked by marble staircases lead into the central reception area on the ground floor and the upper floor living level. The elegant open-plan lounge downstairs consists of a comfortable TV-/reading room above the main lounge area flowing into the dining area. Large floor-to ceiling windows opening onto the main terrace allow for fabulous views of the pool garden. Adjoining the dining area lies the fully equipped kitchen with own outdoor exit and there is also a guest toilet with shower facilities on this level.

All five luxurious bedroom suites feature a double bed, a lounge-/TV- area, a dressing room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.  Four of the bedrooms are located upstairs on a split level, one in the left wing and one in the right wing on both levels, all with a small step-out balcony. The fifth bedroom is located on the basement floor.

The extensive, partly sun-shaded main terrace boardering the garden lawns in front of the very large pool (25 x 6 m) is another highlight. A comfortable chill area, sun loungers and a dining area with barbecue invite for relaxing and memorable hours outdoors.  

 

Families with children, active guests and those, who appreciate the tranquility, privacy and an exclusive lifestyle off the beaten path, will find their paradise at Villa Vista Tramuntana. The many tiny caminos are popular among those who like jogging, inline-skating, cycling or horse back riding. The small vineyards of the area and the rural bodegas often surprise their guests with excellent local specialities. Within 20 car minutes beach lovers can reach attractive beaches at Alcudiá, Son Sierra de Marina, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Port de Pollensa, Coll de Baix, to name just a few. Palma, the island´s capital is also just 20 minutes away.   

The impressive villa and it´s representative outdoor entertainment area is also perfectly suited for small seminars and company incentives, as well as for private celebrations and guest invitations.
