Several window doors open onto differently furnished terraces including the main terrace with external dining, seating area and BBQ.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, Sat TV and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to a private terrace with lovely views across the pool garden. The large pool is surrounded by a teak deck with top quality outdoor furniture and lovely lawns – and smaller children will also love the children’s play area.
The nearest sandy beaches are less than 5 car minutes away – and so is the golf club Poniente. The centre of Palma or the airport is attainable in 15 and 25 minutes by car.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
