The sixth en-suite bedroom is part of the guest apartment with separate entrance and a small, comfortable lounge.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
