The villa is divided into two generous entities with separate entrances. . Both luxury apartments are well-furnished, using renowned Italian designer pieces to achieve a warm, luxurious, functional, relaxing holiday environment that lives in harmony with timeless design precision.
The lower level luxury apartment is designed to host 12 guests on 430 m². 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms are complemented by an open plan living and dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. Its 130 m² outdoor terrace with fabulous lake views is the perfect location for private functions or company events.
The penthouse apartment is designed to host 9 guests on 300 m² living space. 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, as well as a generous open plan living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace plus several balconies provide for ample space and ultimate comfort. Of course both apartments can be combined, so that 18 guests can be accommodated.
Below the villa is a local marina for sailing and motor boats. Bring your own boat to discover beautiful Lake Como and we assist you with a berth. Among many others, Bellagio and Varenna are popular destinations for boat excursions, but of course they can also be visited by car. Golfers will be delighted that international visitors are most welcome at the 18-hole Menaggio Golf Club.
