Like an eagle´s nest, Villa Leones lies enthroned above Port de Andratx, boasting spectacular panoramic views across the picturesque harbour of Port de Andratx, the deep blue ocean and the Tramuntana mountains. The villa is a dream in itself. It has been meticulously renovated and refurbished by using only top materials and highest quality furniture and fittings for the interior and exterior design. The light, modern furnishing style together with the light marble floors creates an ambience of style and comfortable elegance.
Surrounded by palm trees and lawns a small fountain sprinkles soothingly in front of the main entrance. The entrance level is the first floor, but hosting the spacious main lounge and the gorgeous open-plan American kitchen, both flowing onto the very large sun terrace and pool area, it constitutes the villa´s main entertainment level. A guest toilet and one bedroom with bathroom are also located on this level.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with a separate dressing room, but both with en-suite bathrooms; one of the en-suite bathrooms can be accessed by both bedrooms. Each of these two bedrooms opens to a private balcony, again with commanding views of the ocean and Port de Andratx. The ground floor hosts another 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views.
The outside entertainment area is a Mediterranean dream. The dining area in front of the kitchen is sun-covered and complete with an integrated kitchenette and BBQ facilities, for the pleasure of socializing while preparing your al fresco meals. The exposed, rim-flow pool (9 x 4,5 m) invites for refreshing and relaxing hours, while taking in the incredible beauty of the surrounding scenery. Comfortable lounge chairs, ample sun loungers, deco elements, as well as tropical plants, palm trees and well-manicured garden lawns complete the picture of a perfect Luxury Hideaway.
