This romantic and completely renovated villa is located in first sea line on the scenic eastern shore of Comersee in Pognana Lario, a medieval village between Como (12km) and Bellagio (15 km).

Built in the 18th century, the exclusive property boasts an inspiring combination of antique and modern furniture and the panoramic views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains are magnificent.

On 300 m² living space discerning guests will find ample space to relax and enjoy their holiday. Besides a generous lounge, a dining area and a large, fully equipped kitchen flowing onto a sea-facing terrace, there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The second floor hosts an open sleeping room with three beds, ideal for children and teenagers. The outside entertainment area includes a well-furnished sun-shaded terrace and well-maintained garden lawns bordering the lake including a private landing stage to enter the water easily. Go swimming, angling, snorkeling, windsurfing or diving right from your terrace.

Experienced sailor can use the owner´s sailboat on request, and there are also two kayaks available for guests. Of course, it is also possible to bring your own boat or we can organize motor boat excursions on the Lake. Bellagio, Menaggio, Tremezzo, Lenno, Colicio or the renowned Villas Balbianello, Carlotta, Melzi are well worth a visit by boat or by car. The privileged location also allows for many other leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, shopping in Milano or dining at Como. The choice to spend relaxing or exiting and divers vacation days is yours.
