Finca El Mar is an exceptional, hacienda-style country home on a 2 hectare large private property near Cales de Mallorca. The entrance level hosts the comfortable open-plan lounge with open fire place (SAT-TV, DVD and stereo HiFi), the large fully fitted country kitchen with adjoining dining room and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All rooms open up into the main patio with views across the scenic landscape to the ocean.
The second en-suite bedroom is accessible via the patio with water feature – and the third en-suite bedroom is located in a separate guest house next door. The upper level of the main house hosts another double bedroom without own bathroom, but maximum occupancy could be extended to 8 persons, if needed.
The outdoor entertainment areas of Finca El Mar are all designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. Next to the idyllic, partially sun-covered main patio the large pool (12 x 5) invites for a refreshing bath and lazy hours in the sun loungers, feasting your eyes on the inspiring, well-tended Mediterranean garden grounds and the fantastic landscape beyond. Sportive guests will appreciate the private tennis court – and the convenient distance to several beautiful sandy beaches and bays, to golf clubs, quaint seaside resorts or tourist attractions guarantees for memorable, diversified holidays.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week
