The ground level hosts two stylish open-plan living rooms, an elegant dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Large window doors open onto the extensive, sun-covered main terrace, which is comfortably furnished with dining table, built-in-BBQ, lounge sofas and other seating areas. The same marvelous panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from the sunny pool terrace, which is located a few steps down facing the sea.
One of the three bedrooms and one en-suite bathroom are part of the ground level, the master bedroom and another double bedroom – both with en-suite bathroom – are located upstairs.
All in all the luxurious vacation home provides for all amenities and conveniences a discerning guest may ask for. In the evening enjoy the famous sunsets from your villa terrace – or visit the trendy waterfront of Port de Andratx with numerous seaside restaurants and bars.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
