It is about 10 car minutes to the nearest golf club and to the very beautiful sandy beach of Camp de Mar. Palma or the Airport are about 25 to 35 minutes away.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
