Villa Azul

The beautiful villa nestles directly above the Bay of Cala d'Or. The newly built property is located on 2.000m² garden grounds in first sea line bordering the small bathing bay of Cala Petit and it even has a private access to the sea. The views across the Bay and the emerald sea are a highlight at any time of the day.

 

A wooden front door leads into the palm-lined courtyard. On the right hand side there is the staff quarters in case you travel with your own personnel. The access to the living area of the main house lies straight across the spacious patio. The indoor entertainment area is divided into a sun-lit living room with open fireplace and a dining room with beautiful dining table flowing onto the beautiful terrace with stunning sea views. Adjacent lays the very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with pantry and two large bedrooms with bathroom en suite. One of the bedrooms also has a direct access to the breathtaking terrace. In the rear wing of the ground floor you will find two smaller children's room with two separate beds and a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower. A bright Mediterranean style playroom with SAT/TV rounds off the children´s "little empire".

 

The first floor hosts an additional bedroom with bath en suite and access to a large terrace accessible via an outside staircase. The views over the Bay and the beach are fantastic.

The outdoor entertainment area consists of the large, sun-covered sea view terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table and comfortable lounge furniture with Sat-TV and spectacular views across the pool area onto the open sea. The rim-flow pool is located a few steps below the main terrace and invites for a refreshing swim with a view or for relaxing in high-quality lounge chairs.

 

There is another cosy sun terrace accessible via a small path leading through the Mediterranean garden to the edge of the property and it is just a few more meters from here to the private sea access at Cala Petit.

 

During your stay, a maid will prepare your daily breakfast and provide daily cleaning services. The luxurious equipment and furnishing, the privileged and exceptional location and the proximity to all facilities of Cala d'Or all add to the private villa being an ideal hideaway to spend an unforgettable family holiday.
