Recently renovated by a renowned Milano-based architect and equipped with latest security technology comprising bullet proof windows and modern surveillance cameras, the villa is a luxurious holiday hideaway for discerning guests and VIPs. The inside and outside entertainment areas are decorated with great attention to detail, using custom-made fittings and superior quality furniture and fabrics, complimented by international art objects and paintings. Furniture includes pieces designed by the likes of Starck, Yamamoto and Culti, the Italian ambience is inspiring. Central heating and air-conditioning allow for a year around occupation of this holiday treasure.
The ground floor hosts a generous lounge with fire place, dining area and TV-corner and a fully equipped kitchen designed by Schiffini and several terraces including a barbecue area. Two guest rooms with bathrooms are also located on this floor, while the very large master bedroom complete with dressing room, TV-area, bathroom and private terrace is found upstairs, as well as another bedroom.
The lowest level hosts a billiard room, an informal lounge with fire place and windows allowing views below the water level of the pool, a bar area, a wine cellar, two more guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a sauna, a laundry room, the shower and changing rooms for pool guests, as well as further storage and staff rooms. All in all the living area of the villa adds up to 1000 m².
And then there is the park-like garden designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Several comfortably furnished sun-shaded and sun-exposed terraces, the very large pool surrounded by well-maintained lawns, the barbecue area, a playground for children and a small soccer field invite for spending many memorable hours outdoors.
The nearest lake access at is just a short stroll away – and the elegant holiday resort Lesa, which is well known for its beautiful lake promenade and stunning summer residences also offers good shopping and dining options just a 3 minute drive away. In winter try the skiing area of Mattarone, which you can access within 15 minutes by taking the cable car from the neighboring town Stresa.
