Chalet Illimani is a newly built, luxurious holiday chalet located on the sunny, peaceful fringes of a forest, facing the Hohe Riffler glacier and overlooking the picturesque village of Pettneu am Arlberg. The St. Anton lift stations are a short 6-8 minute drive away and a short walk from the chalet there is the small Pettneu ski area, ideal for children and beginners.

Set over 4 floors and approximately 400 m² of living space, the dream chalet comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 4 children, and has a further staff bedroom for a nanny. Traditional Tyrolean craftsmanship combines with contemporary design, uncompromising comfort and state-of-the art appliances and mod-cons.

The spacious, elegant entrance hall with hand-made terra cotta tiles leads into the stunning living room with old wooden beam ceiling, a grand open fireplace, precious aged leather chairs, antique Austrian furniture, Moroccan light fittings and a library. The dining area with a dining table sitting 12 to 14 guests is part of the open plan kitchen designed as a comfortable traditional Austrian Stube with authentic wood stove keeping the room warm and cosy. Adjoining lays a well-equipped TV room / study and a separate guest toilet.

Two of the country style double bedrooms located in the first floor have en suite bathrooms and access to a large balcony. The third double bedroom and the very large children´s room with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), plenty of toys and ample space for the kids to play share a large luxurious family bathroom with stunning Italian mosaic tiling.

The top floor only hosts the beautiful master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a separate toilet and access to a private balcony with glorious views across the Arlberg valley and its snow capped peaks.

Another highlight is located on the lower ground floor: It is the chalet spa, beautifully designed and equipped with high-quality facilities and appliences. There is a sauna comfortably seating 6-8, a cold water bucket shower and a relaxation area with large flat screen TV and a bar for drinks and fruits. The games room with table tennis is also located on this floor, as well as the heated ski room with boot warming racks, storage for coats, hats and gloves and a separate entrance from outside.

There is parking space for two cars outside and one car in the garage – but guest can also use the dedicated shared driver service.
