The narrow street to the sandy bay of Deía with two small beach restaurants winds down about 3 km – and it is only a 10 minute drive along the scenic coastal road to the famous villages of Valldemossa or Soller.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
