Description
The impressive entrance hall leads to the very large live-in kitchen with utility room, as well as to the lounge and one of the six double bedrooms with bath en-suite. The first floor hosts 2 gorgeous master bedrooms with bath en-suite and a private terrace - and 2 smaller bedrooms with twin beds sharing a bathroom. A staircase leads further up to the giant kids´ dormitory style floor under the roof - with four single beds, a bathroom, a large comfortable TV-area and ample space for playing.
The outside entertainment area is divided into two sections: First, there is the very large south-facing patio with large dining table and breath-taking views across the serene indigenous landscape to the ocean. It can be accessed via the living room, the kitchen, the entrance hall – and even from the two master bedrooms upstairs via private stairways. The babbling fountain in its center, a sun-covered, but open outside kitchen and BBQ area, and the connected Bose sound system guarantees for most enjoyable and relaxing hours.
Behind the house and a few steps up in elevated position and also south-facing lies the spectacular pool area, well furnished to indulge in the sun and sea views and with another open plan outside kitchen, BBQ and sun-covered dining tent.
Guests are also invited to use the badminton facilities, table football, table tennis, golf, tennis or swing ball equipment as well as the Playstation. Recommended local activities include the tennis and Spa facilities at the neighbouring “La Residencia” Hotel – the enchanting sea cove of Deía with its small pebble beach and 2 beach bars. Boat hire or local water skiing facilities are available on request. Excellent restaurants from a star awarded gourmet temple to renowned local Tapas cuisine or live music in village bars can be experienced in Deía. Golf is 20 minutes away, Palma city about 30 minutes.
