Other more private seating and chill areas, scenic walking paths across the property, a tennis court with flood lights and generous parking space including the carport for several cars complete the picture.

The main house, the guest apartment and the guest casita also provide for ample space. The entrance hall of the main house with traditional open fire place leads to the spacious country kitchen, the dining room and the spacious salon, which flows onto the large, comfortably furnished, sun-shaded outdoor terrace in front of the pool and garden with stunning views across unspoilt nature. The guest toilet, the laundry room and a wine cellar are also located on this level.

The upper floor is air-conditioned and accommodates one generous, elegant master bedroom with gorgeous en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony, another en-suite double bedroom and two single bedrooms with king-sized beds, sharing a bathroom. 

Besides a guest apartment with en-suite bedroom attached to the house but with own entrance, there is a separate, self-contained guest casita with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and a typical Majorcan kitchen.

The house-keeping couple, who is at your services anytime, lives on the property, but not within eye-sight of the Finca.
