This luxury villa in Ibiza was only completed end of 2009 and it is located on a 50,000 m² plot which is completely fenced-in. From the extensive terrace of the holiday home enjoy the panoramic views across Ibiza city in the distance to the ocean, where enchanting sunsets will delight you in the evenings. The location of this luxurious holiday home is very privileged. All beaches are within easy reach. Supermarkets and typical restaurants are just a 2 minute drive away. Beautiful small towns in the vicinity invite for excursions to learn more about the island and its people.
The main building of the property accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms – and there is a separate guest house sleeping another 4 guests in two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furnishing and features of this luxurious holiday are of highest quality as e.g. the Bose sound system equipment covering the complete villa and the garden, air conditioning in all rooms, under-floor heating, an alarm system and a double garage with remote control.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele devices and the separate laundry room is also equipped with two Miele washing machines and two Miele dryers, as well as an extra wine Cabinet and refrigerator. The heated swimming pool is very large (16 x 6 m) and guests are invited to use the sauna in the basement. Additional towels for the pool and the sauna are generously provided.

All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional flat fee for energy (100€ / week).
On arrival a security deposit in the amount of €3.000 is due for this villa, which will be repaid on departure.
Rental rates for 2011 are identical with rental rates in 2010.
