Description

Embedded into the scenic landscape of the Tramuntana Mountain slopes, north-west of Palma, nestles Finca Romana in picturesque Esporles, a lively village, attracting many international residents. According to traditional building style, the entertainment and living areas group around a charming interior courtyard. On the left hand side you pass a day guest bathroom, then a library area to enter the large comfortable lounge with open fireplace and doors leading onto the front terrace with marvelous views to the pool and the lawns. Adjoining lies a breakfast room /bar area with a small kitchen and a traditional Majorcan corner fireplace with wood burning stove.

 

The stylish dining room is located left of the entrance, and so is the fabulous country kitchen with sofa seating area around a wood burning stove and large dining table.  Off the kitchen are a pantry with second sink area and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 
 
Two stairways lead to the first floor.  The one from the lounge wing leads up to the very large master bedroom, with four poster double bed, two en-suite dressing rooms, fitted wardrobes, and large bathroom, with bath and separate shower. The second stairway leads from the main entrance hall up to the second bedroom with four poster double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with very large walk in shower. 
 
The second floor hosts the third double bedroom with en-suite dressing room, shower bathroom and a very large sitting room area. The forth and fifth bedrooms are located next door in the cozy guest casita with separate driveway and entrance. It is fully equipped with a comfortable sitting/dining room, a bright fitted kitchen and a gorgeous terrace with lovely mountain views.

 

Most inspiring however, are the lovingly designed and romantic outdoor entertainment areas. The large pool with covered chill lounge area looking over the pool and out over the mountain scenery, the outdoor dining and BBQ area in front of the pool, the beautiful south facing courtyard with old judas trees giving fantastic shade on hot summer days, or the bodega/party room with open fireplace, large dining table and original bar with barrels, all contribute to memorable hours and total relaxation in the privacy of this rare hidden gem.
