The elevated location also provides for marvelous views of Puig de Maria. The town of Pollensa, where you will find very good shopping facilities and excellent restaurants, is just a 3 minute drive away. The nearest beach or golf course is about 7 km away.

The Finca combines authentic Majorcan-style design with modern, sophisticated features and furnishing. The lower level hosts an open-plan country kitchen and a separate dining room with access onto a sun-shaded terrace. The generous, traditionally decorated living room with open fire place, SAT-TV and Hifi also flows onto a well-furnished sun-covered terrace and the second smaller lounge with fire place opens onto a charming patio.

All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and have en-suite bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has access to a private terrace with fantastic views, another double bedroom is perfect for children as the twin beds are placed behind each other. The fifth double bedroom with bathroom is located in a cozy guest studio next to the main house, complete with lounge (SAT-TV) and kitchenette. In the evenings a detached sun-covered terrace with BBQ, summer kitchen and a country-style seating area invite for dining al fresco and enjoying the peaceful, warm summer evenings. A few steps down, the large, elegant L-shaped infinity pool with comfortable loungers provides the same stunning views across the well-tended Mediterranean garden grounds and mountain scenery. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the main lounge.
