The stylish and high-quality furnished villa spreads out on two levels. The ground level hosts the large, elegant lounge with Sat-TV and dining table flowing into the open-plan American quality kitchen, as well as a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. All three double bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom additionally features its own Sat-TV and private terrace.

The outdoor entertainment area consists of the protected pool area behind the villa, offering maximum privacy – and the large sea-view terrace in front of the villa.
