The Owner’s Cottage welcomes guests to unsurpassed boutique accommodation comprising five beautifully appointed, and with discreet technology equipped bedrooms, as well as a spacious lounge, a state-of-the art designer kitchen and a charming conservatory for dining. The sun-shaded conservatory is ideal for entertaining a private group of friends or for an intimate board meeting. It extends to the manicured gardens boasting the private swimming pool and the secluded, elevated Jacuzzi overlooking the vineyards towards the magnificent mountains beyond.
A beautifully appointed loggia and entertainment area adjacent to the pool are perfect locations for alfresco dining, with a state of the art stainless steel portable barbeque.
Full breakfast with complimentary newspapers, as well as a three-course dinner are included within the tariff, but of course, guests can also dine in the much acclaimed Angel Tears Garden or at The Restaurant on the Grande Provence Estate or „down-town“ in one of the many fine restaurants of Franschhoek.
More facilities on the Estate, well worth exploring, comprise The Winery, The Jonkershuis, The Gallery & Sculpture Garden and The Shop. Children are most welcome at Grande Provence however parental supervision must be maintained at all times with responsibility for safety and well being resting with the parents. There are many water features within the design of the property and vigilance is required.
