Villa Can Xaloc is secreted away in a peaceful location in first sea line of Costa de la Calma. The dream villa, embedded in a park-like garden with mature trees, perches on the edge of a plateau where the extensive terraces afford un-interrupted views of the deep blue sea and the coastline below.
Interior designed throughout, the luxury vacation home has been equipped to the highest standard. Set over two floors it sleeps a maximum of 12 adults in six en-suite bedrooms.
You enter the villa on the upper floor passing into two different dining areas, a well equipped kitchen and a stunning open plan living area with fire place, piano, snooker table, TV-corner. All rooms open onto an extensive sea view terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and outside dining table.
Two stairways lead down into two different parts of the villa. The one part consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The other part hosts 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a fully equipped fitness studio and sauna facilities. All rooms of the lower level have access to the pool garden.
The pool (20 x 10 m) is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas on well-tended lawns and there are more cozy places in the park-like garden to unwind and relax. At the end of the property a small path leads to a small sandy beach within two minutes.

The minimum rental period is 1 week; rental periods of several months are possible.
All energy costs (electricity, gas, water) as well as end cleaning services are included in the rental rates from April to October. All other months are subject to an additional energy fee of 100€ per week.
